Payments we accept are HSA, FSA or debit/credit card. For those filing through your insurance for possible reimbursement,
detailed paperwork will be provided at your visit. Insurance plans determine reimbursement, not Simply Womens Care.
All lab work, imaging or other orders will be filed through your insurance.
